This is an invite-only photographic series built on a simple idea:

We’re not looking for “perfection”. We’re looking for real.
The quiet ones. The loud ones.
The ones that don’t usually get seen. The ones that make a difference
Your Seat… If You Can Earn It (Or someone you believe should be there)
You can now submit a motivation or nominate someone to be invited onto the chair.
